Gerald is a former professional player and has played all positions on the court. As a coach he has demonstrated success coaching both teams and individual players (male and female). Gerald’s training style is customized to each student, and he believes in observing before teaching.
I am looking for a position to utilize my passion, love, and knowledge of the game of soccer and basketball. I would love to not only pass my knowledge I have gained from playing soccer and basketball to the next generation of players: but I would also love to help my players as sort of a mentor/life coach and help build them into great and strong young men. Life is rough, and I want my players to know when their backs are up against the wall, they can always come to me and I will help them with the trials and tribulations they face in today's world. That is my true goal in wanting to become a coach; to enrich kids' lives on and off the field.
Renee believes in winning on and off the court. The goal to success is discipline and understanding the fundamentals with the ability to execute through repetition. "We are what we repeatedly do, then Excellence is not an act, but habit." - Aristotle Teaching student-athletes the importance of creating good habits.
I am a highly motivated coach who is passionate about motivating others. Because of this, I will work hard to push athletes to excel and be the strongest athlete that they can be. I believe all athletes can improve and achieve higher goals, but they must be willing to work hard for it. However, I am also very patient and will explain, demonstrate, and work things as much as is needed until it is mastered.
A coach is a leader and that's exactly what I am. I'm a leader who practices winning habits as an example to younger players around me. I love the game of basketball, so the energy I grasp from it propels me to be excited about sharing and handing down knowledge to younger kids who love it just as I do.
I have a very strong passion to share my knowledge that I have gained over the course of my basketball career to help others get to the next level. I believe with my training we can super-exceed the challenge that is ahead of us. It is not easy, but if you love the game as much as I do, we can achieve all goals with my training and passion to master all related basketball skills.
I want to coach players how I wanted to be coached and how I want my sons to be coached. To be pushed, to be driven with accountability and motivated to give their all every time on the court. Getting better is a process and each day we have to work hard to reach our goals.

I am a pretty hard nose coach, but do look to encourage my players. Sometimes as coaches we tend to yell and negatively motivate our players; but I believe that players need to hear the good while following up with what they need to improve on. I do believe in hard work and that you only get out what you put in; so if a player wants to work with me they must be ready to be pushed.
Coach Robinson has excelled in the high school, college, and pro levels. He has been described as "A tenacious rebounder and an in your face defender. An athletic power forward who locked down opposing teams inside-outside scorers. Winston was a player with a nose for the ball, particularly on the offensive glass. Over the course of his career, he displayed tremendous versatility on both ends of the floor. An exciting, explosive, and electrifying player who demonstrated what goals can be accomplished when a player commits to getting better." Now retired from the pro's he is back in Knoxville helping young players step up their game and prepare for "next-level" basketball opportunities!

I'm a player-coach! I'm young, therefore can relate to my students and guide them in the way I was guided. The best way to coach is to visually show the students how the training is done. That is why I'm more involved or hands on with our training than just teaching.
Non-aggressive Coaching on a been-there-done-that basis. Very passionate and patient to mold players into their true potential. Being a former sharp-shooting NCAA athlete, I know the competition to prepare the next generation for. I work with students of good coachability and attitude qualities.
Coaching is a very rewarding career. I have been blessed to coach some great college players and watch them progress through their career. I am tough and I push kids to be and do their best. In the end I want them to be better and see their accomplishments from all their hard work. I am intense and passionate but want to make sure that everyone is having fun and enjoying the game.
Former pro player!! I am a players coach first. I like to build a rapport with the athlete andput the athlete first. You must learn their comfort zone, the things they need to develop more. Development is the most important with teaching the proper technique. Also having great integrity is important.

Winthrop University hall of famer with NBA experience! I am extremely motivating and encouraging. All kids, youth, and current professionals love that each drill translates into being game ready without any time being wasted. Former pro player that can pull things out of people and players that they don't know is there. The way I get it is through respect, encouragement, hard work, and repetition. I am the hardest working person I know & emphasize this as well as enjoying what you are doing.
I've been around the game for 30+ years and have played at the highest levels! My knowledge of the game is 2nd to none and my player development and coaching skills are top notch! My basketball philosophy is a player should be able to score with 3 dribbles or less with Efficiency!
As a former player you learn from trial and tribulations to develop into the person you are. Sports, no matter the platform, helps youth in that growth as they learn how to deal with criticism , reinforcement, responsibility, & accountability. As a coach I try to find a players strength as well as identity weaknesses, assess talent, and focus on developing both those areas while building their overall awareness for the game.
Exceptional athlete at the High School, College, and Professional levels! I really love to be in the position to be able to help develop young, talented athletes. I've worked with all ages, beginning when I was in high school and continuing through my time in college. Using drills and techniques that I learned from college coaches, players and former professionals, I have been able to successfully teach student-athletes and help them develop into much better players.
I do very well at breaking things down piece by piece to make it is easier to understand. I am a tough coach, but with a positive beat. I make you want to push yourself. I give the kids motivation to want to work hard, not just while they are with me, but on their own time as well.
